PROJECT: SPIZ-Lite
October 4, 2007
LONGEVITY PLUS DEVELOPING NEW PRODUCT: SPIZ-LITE.
As the name implies, this exciting new addition will be a lower calorie, lower carbohydrate version of our original race-proven formula. It will be available in vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavors. SPIZ-Lite is not meant to replace our original formula, but instead designed for those who-
1. Are dieting, and desire a low calorie, low carbohydrate meal replacement to use at home, the office, the gym, etc. SPIZ-Lite is a product designed to assist one in losing weight when not able to exercise regularly. In the Lite formula, calories will be reduced from 500 calories in the regular SPIZ formula, to just 160 in the SPIZ-Lite formula. Carbohydrates to a mere 5 grams per serving. The original formula is best suited for those applications.
2. Desire a healthy and light nutritional supplement to drink along with, and enhance an existing meal. Ideal for those on-the-go that cannot always stop to eat a healthy meal.
3. Are diabetic, and cannot tolerate sugar. SPIZ-Lite will be sweetened with Stevia, a healthy, low calorie, low carbohydrate sweetener 300 times sweeter than sucrose. It provides the same sweet flavor as other popular, yet unsafe sweeteners on the market (Aspartame, Splenda and Acesulfamane K ), but instead is all natural and healthy.
4. Are lactose intolerant, and cannot digest dairy products (note: original formula also suits the lactose intolerant)
SPIZ-Lite, like our original formula, is 100% all natural. Note: SPIZ-Lite is not designed to be used in sporting activities where all out endurance is required (ie, Triathlons, Centuries, Ironman Competitions), since it is so low in carbohydrates.

FEDERAL AGENT IN FINAL PHASE OF ENDURANCE TRAINING TO BREAK WORLD RECORD FOR STATIONARY BIKE 'SPIN' MARATHON
Five seasons Sports Club member, George E. Hood enters final week 8 phase of training in preparation to break Guinness World record (GWR) for "spinning" on a stationary bike. Five Season Sports Club will host this event January 10-13, 2007 at it's facility located at 6901 South Madison in Burr Ridge, IL. A separate press release will follow just prior to the event. Hood will attempt to spin for 83 hours and break the existing record of 82 hours. The event will be in conjunction with an open house featuring a newly renovated Five seasons fitness area. Any and all proceeds from the event will be donated to the Illinois chapter of Concerns of police Survivors (COPS), a national organization dedicated to assisting the countless loved ones left behind by law enforcement officers who've been killed in the line of duty. Hood and Five Seasons are assembling a coalition of supporters from the local community, local, state and federal law enforcement survivors, Boy Scouts of America and countless trainers and athletes across the country to participate in this event.
Hood, a career federal agent, has been training since early 2006 on a regimen that includes countless non-stop hours on the spin bike, transition to an all liquid food product to be used during the event and sleep deprivation. GWR Ltd™ marathon rules permit Hood a 5 minute break after each completed hour which may be accumulated. Hood's efficient use of the break time will be necessary to sustain his effort. Hood must also maintain 12 MPH during the event. Hood is being sponsored by LeMond Fitness Incorporated (www.LeMondfitness.com) and Chicago Home Fitness to provide Hood with ultra efficient RevMaster spin bikes for the event. Longevity Plus, Fallbrook, CA will provide Hood an all liquid diet known as SPIZERINCTUM™ (www.spiz.net) during the event. Hood is a previous Guinness World Record holder for the Rope Skipping Marathon, which he set in October, 1986 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Five Seasons requests that all interested persons wanting to volunteer to witness the event on behalf of GWR Ltd™ or for any media inquiries regarding Hood's final phase of training in preparation for the event, please contact Mr. Tom Galzin, Club Operations Officer at Five seasons (630) 570-5200 or George Hood at (312) 296-4922 (cell), (847) 318-8365 x 3001 (office) for additional information.
